Stretching is an important activity for everyone. It can help improve your flexibility, neuromuscular coordination, your balance and postural awareness. Consistently moving joints through their full range of motion can decrease the risk of injury, ease pain, realign muscular imbalances, become more agile and active. Stretching may affect your mind as well as your body. When done in focused manner, an extended stretching routine can be an excellent relaxation method and stress reducer.
