Wherever you’re currently at physique wise and you’re not happy with it - I want you to know, I know exactly how you feel.
You see, even though I've danced my entire life, I REALLY struggled to keep my body in shape for substantial amount of time. Either I would get somewhat big (for dancer), or i'd get little too skinny and feeling miserable, hungry and angry, and always tired. I was called weak way too often, and while I pushed through, it really hurt me and made really unconfident about myself.
I read every women’s fitness magazine, tried every program I could find and nothing worked. No matter what diet I followed or what training protocol I did, I just couldn’t get a hang of it.
After the countless failed attempts I decided to start from scratch: Instead of relying on a lot of conventional fitness industry knowledge that RELIES on us to fail so we keep buying their ridiculous products, I decided to come up with my OWN program.
I became a Certified Personal Trainer. I studied every book I could find on training and nutrition, did an extensive research on movement science, and crafted a workout/stretch/diet protocol SPECIFICALLY for women struggling to get lean and toned, AND graceful looking in everything they do.
And once I did that, I made more progress in ONE month than I had made in an entire year. Ha, scratch that - entire life! But what shocked me the most this program didn’t just work for me, or other dancers I helped… it’s worked for dozens and dozens of my clients throughout the years, who never did ballet in their life too!
